Your online privacy is important to us, TriVan Truck Body (TTB) operates by the following four principles:

Principle 1. TTB collects only the information that you fill out on the “Free Info Kit” form or by sending email. The personal information TTB collects includes first and last name.
Principle 2. Your information is sent to the General Manager of one or all the TTB plants or to the correspondent you have chosen on the “Contacts” page. TTB keeps all of your personal information private and does not share it with any third parties. TTB will not disclose your personal information nor your non-personally identifiable information unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of TTB; or (3) act to protect the interests of its employees or others.
Principle 3. TTB will not send you any unsolicited information, including e-mail, except as mentioned below. We will send you information on the products you ask about and will attempt to contact you once we receive your request for a free information kit. TTB will not share your e-mail address with anyone. If you click on a link to an external partner's web site, be sure to review their privacy statement before sharing your personal information, as TTB is not responsible for their content.
Principle 4. If at any time you believe that TTB has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by e-mail: Privacy Manager and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and correct the problem.
